Apple Butter is serious business. Sometimes people have to

Based on this photo, you'd never know that there

were about 15 kids running around.

My Mom starts pouring in the sugar. We went with a

little less this year due to the sweetness of the apples.

Dad tests the product for quality, consistancy,

sweetness and flavor.
